3. Packaging & Required Documents

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any free gifts or promotional items.
Include a copy of your order confirmation email or return slip.
Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

4. Return Shipping Guidelines

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is confirmed to have a quality issue.
For verified quality issues, ChicBlingBabe will cover the return shipping.
All return shipping must be prepaid. Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted.
We recommend that you insure your return package to protect against loss or damage in transit.
